REPLACEMENT OF METALLIC MATERIALS
We provide the expertise needed to replace metal components and traditional techniques with functionalised parts made from high-performance polymers and composites.
This process integrates knowledge of materials with manufacturing technologies and involves a design review that combines the various contributions into a highly innovative solution.
DEVELOPMENT OF SPECIAL PARTS
At Stratos, the combination of product engineering, manufacturing methods and process engineering guarantees highly efficient technical and operational support for the LPBF process.
This synergistic approach allows us to optimise and functionalise parts and components with three key objectives: reducing weight, optimising geometries and decreasing the number of assembled components.
We achieve these results by combining the most advanced @LPBF technologies with the precision of multi-axis CNC machines and extremely accurate wire/die-sinking EDM systems.
